Unauthorized late checkout: 20 AUD per hour. After 3 pm the full cost of relocating the incoming guest is charged.
Missing/damaged items: a penalty applies. A penalty fee is charged from the deposit if any damage occurs or inventory items are missing after check-out.
Quiet hours: between 9 pm and 9 am
Lost/unreturned key fee: 30AUD
No smoking is allowed. The penalty is up to 1400$.
No pets allowed.
Max room occupancy 2 people, including children.
*** Exemption: children under 3 can be allowed. Extra occupancy must be arranged with our reservation manager. The property does not provide baby cots.***
The management of the hotel is entitled to refuse entry if a guest threatens the safety of the facility/other guests, is heavily intoxicated, causes disturbance to other guests, performs illegal activities, or demonstrates aggressive or rude behavior.
